Dr. Brian Howard

Dr. Brian Howard joined International Scientific Communications, Inc. (ISC) in 1980. Since then he has served as Editor of American Laboratory, International Laboratory, American Biotechnology Laboratory and other publications produced by the company. He was promoted to Editor in Chief and Vice President in 1990 and then became the Publisher in 2004. Prior to joining ISC, he was a publisher for Prentice Hall Media and an Associate Professor of Chemistry, at Long Island University, Brooklyn. NY. He is a graduate of Imperial College of Science and Technology, London, UK, where he studied electrochemistry and analytical chemistry.
